In 2015, in the bustling city of Bhiwani, Haryana, a dream was born in the heart of a determined woman named Mamta Rajput. What began as a small initiative in a single rented room with borrowed furniture and limited resources has today grown into a beacon of hope for hundreds of underprivileged families across the region.
The early days were far from easy. Mamta faced financial hardships, lack of proper infrastructure, social skepticism, and the immense challenge of convincing families — especially in conservative circles — to allow their daughters and wives to step out and learn. But her unwavering faith in Radhe Krishna and her commitment to the cause kept her moving forward, one student at a time.
The foundation started with a simple computer literacy program, aimed at bridging the digital divide that was leaving rural and semi-urban youth behind. She understood that in today's digital economy, computer skills are not a luxury — they are a lifeline. With empathy at the core of her approach, she kept courses affordable, often accommodating students from very humble financial backgrounds.
As the word spread, more women came forward — eager to learn beauty and salon skills, tailoring, and embroidery. Mamta expanded the foundation's programs to include a professional Beauty Parlor Training course under the mentorship of expert trainer Poonam, and a comprehensive Skill Development Program focused on sewing, tailoring, and women's entrepreneurship.
Today, Radhe Krishna Mother Care Foundation stands tall with 500+ trained students, affiliations with Digital India, MSME, MCA, NITI Aayog, ISO 9001:2015 certification, NURCLM, and the Skill Sector Council of India. Many of Mamta Ji's students now run their own salons, hold government jobs, and support their families — living proof that opportunity changes lives.
Mamta Rajput's vision has always extended beyond just training. She envisions a society where every woman, regardless of her socioeconomic background, has access to quality education and skill development. A society where skills become the currency of independence, and learning becomes the tool of liberation.
